Overview
At United I designed for pilots, dispatchers, and flight crews, people making decisions at altitude where a slow interface costs more than patience. Their systems are data heavy, so my work was making dense, constantly updating information readable in seconds: Skyplan, which carries a flight from preflight planning through landing, and RPS, where weather, runway performance, alternate airports, and emergency diversions had to resolve fast enough to act on. I helped build a custom design system for both, since off the shelf patterns could not carry that kind of density. I also designed a booking tool that gets crews to their assignments and back home, and joined a small team teaching the broader UX org to test and use AI in their process.

Describe your service here. What makes it great? Use short catchy text to tell people what you offer, and the benefits they will receive. A great description gets readers in the mood, and makes them more likely to go ahead and book.
